Welcome

My goal as your therapist is to create a safe and welcoming environment where I will assist you with reducing your struggles and meeting your challenges - whatever they are. I will guide you and journey with you as you seek and find enduring happiness and greater satisfaction in your work, in your home, in your relationships, and in other areas of your life. Whatever you want to discuss is okay. I will not judge you. My interest is in helping you to break through suffering, improve your perspective, have more satisfying relationships, and feel less distress ... more joy.

 

My knowledge and experience give me the tools to help you; and my compassion and abiding respect for the work we will do together infuses the therapeutic relationship and energizes the process. I will help you recognize and build on your existing strengths, better understand yourself and others, and gain new skills to help you leap over your obstacles and move toward a brighter, more hopeful future. This work matters to me; and I am grateful for the opportunities it has given me to help others. I look forward to us working together to achieve healing and happiness.
